What I Already Own imports the CSV file exported from CLZ Web or CLZ Cloud, for CLZ Music and CLZ Books alike. Each line is matched by its barcode or ISBN, never from the title, and condition, price, purchase date and notes come along. Records and books land in the same collection.

The problem
At CLZ, records and books are two apps and two subscriptions. Moving to another app shouldn't mean rescanning everything, or losing the purchase prices and notes you've entered over the years.
How the app handles it
- 1Export from CLZ WebFrom CLZ Web or CLZ Cloud: Import / Export menu, then Export to CSV / TXT, keeping the row of field names.
- 2Pick the fieldsAt least Title, plus Barcode for records or ISBN for books. Add Collection Status, Condition, Purchase Price, Purchase Date and Notes to carry them over.
- 3Upload the fileThe app recognizes a CLZ export by its columns, in any order, and shows what it matched before adding anything. You choose the currency of the prices.
- 4Repeat for the other categoryA CLZ Music file, then a CLZ Books file: everything lands in the same collection, under one subscription.

What the app doesn't do
- We recognize exports from CLZ Web and CLZ Cloud; a file from anywhere else works if it has a title column and a barcode or ISBN column.
- A line without a barcode or ISBN isn't matched: it's listed separately, with a link to search. Add the field to your export and import again.
- Films and games in a CLZ collection don't import: the app only catalogs records and books.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I export my CLZ collection?
- From CLZ Web or CLZ Cloud, in a browser: Import / Export menu, then Export to CSV / TXT. Keep the first row of field names, and tick at least Title and Barcode (records) or ISBN (books).
- I have CLZ Music and CLZ Books. Do I need two subscriptions?
- No. Import both files one after the other: records and books go into the same collection, covered by one subscription, €3.95 a month or €39.95 a year.
- Are wishlist or sold items imported?
- No. A line whose Collection Status says Wish List, On Order or Sold is set aside, and the number of lines set aside is shown. An unknown status keeps the line.
- Are my purchase prices kept?
- Yes, if the export includes Purchase Price and Purchase Date. You tell the app the currency at the preview; a price in an unknown currency stays empty rather than wrong.
